Hawaii State Legislature

The Legislature and the Nov. 3 ballot

All 51 House seats are up for election in 2026, and so are 13 of the 25 Senate seats for four-year terms, along with Senate Districts 18 and 19 for the rest of their terms, whose senators resigned. Some seats were settled in the Aug. 8 primary: a candidate with no opponent left for November is declared elected and doesn't appear on the November 3 ballot. Representatives serve two years and senators four. Enter your address to see your districts.
