North Dakota Legislative Assembly
The Legislative Assembly and the Nov. 3 ballot
North Dakota legislators serve four-year terms, and half the districts vote every two years. On the November 3 ballot are the senator and both representatives of each of the 24 odd-numbered districts, for four-year terms, and one House seat in each of Districts 20, 26 and 42 for the last two years of its term. The even-numbered districts' other seats are next on the ballot in 2028. Enter your address to see your districts.
